Limited warranty information

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE
1.1. This Limited Warranty applies to the physical products purchased from person-AIz ("Product").
1.2. person-AIz warrants that during the Warranty Period, which is two years from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period"), the Product will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
1.3. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, the product will be handled in accordance with the Refund and Exchange Policy.

2. WARRANTY DURATION
2.1. The limited warranty for the person-AIz earbuds (“Product”) is valid for a period of two years from the date of your purchase, as indicated on your purchase receipt or invoice. Additionally electronic products sold via our e-commerce store in the future will also be covered under this warranty.

3. WARRANTY DETAILS
3.1. During the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the Product or its defective parts, subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and does not apply to damage resulting from:
3.1.1. Misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the Product
3.1.2. Accidents, falls, or external impacts
3.1.3. Exposure to extreme temperatures or environmental conditions
3.1.4. Unauthorized modifications or repairs
3.1.5. Normal wear and tear

4. WARRANTY CLAIMS
4.1. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at info@person-aiz.com You will be required to provide proof of purchase and details about the issue you are experiencing with the Product. Upon approval of your warranty claim, we will provide instructions on returning the Product for evaluation and service.

5. SHIPPING COSTS
5.1. Under this limited warranty, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Product back to you. However, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the Product to us for service. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method when returning the Product.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1. Our liability under this limited warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the Product as described above. We are not liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Product.

7. GOVERNING LAW
7.1. This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of Norway without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.

8. CHANGES TO WARRANTY
8.1. We reserve the right to make changes to this Limited Warranty Information at any time. Any updates will be reflected on our website, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any significant changes.
