15 minutes a day. No expensive devices. No clinic visits. Just your phone and headphones.

Why this is different
Most tinnitus apps offer background noise or relaxation exercises. That can help you cope, but it doesn't change anything.
This therapy is designed to retrain how your brain responds to tinnitus. It combines personalized sound therapy with a short interactive game that challenges your brain to process competing audio and visual signals. The combination is what matters. Clinical research shows that adding a second sensory channel to sound therapy can double its effectiveness.
The approach is based on peer-reviewed neuroscience, developed by person-AIz, a Norwegian hearing technology company with over 10 years of audio AI research.
We're running a 6-week pilot study to see how well this works. Participation is completely free.

What you’d actually do
Download our app and use it for about 15 minutes a day. That's it.
Each session has two parts: 5 minutes of calming sound and visuals, then 10 minutes of a simple game. You can do it on the couch, on your commute, whenever works for you.
At the start and end, we'll ask you to fill out a standard tinnitus questionnaire so we can measure whether your symptoms changed. During the study, you'll answer three quick questions after each session. Takes about 20 seconds.
The whole commitment is 6 weeks. After that, we'll check in once more at week 12 to see if any improvements stuck.

Who can participate
✅This might be right for you if:
- You've had tinnitus for at least 3 months, it bothers you regularly (not just a minor annoyance)
- You're between 18 and 70 years old
- You have a smartphone and headphones
- You can spare 15 minutes a day for 6 weeks
❌This probably isn't the right study if:
- Your tinnitus pulses with your heartbeat (that's a different condition worth mentioning to your doctor)
- You've been diagnosed with Meniere's disease
- You're already using a tinnitus treatment device
